About the Huddle

Started by Lorene Phillips, CEO of Clarendon Wallace, the Huddle is a FREE platform started during the pandemic in 2021 that is aimed at equipping and providing information to today's Gen Z and millennials so they can thrive in today's multi-generational and modern workplace.

Topics selected by NextGen leaders are addressed by curated panelists reflective of this generation in a safe space that is honest, engaging, and accessible to anyone looking to upskill to meet the demands of the modern hybrid workplace.

The Huddle meets quarterly, and has covered topics such as:

  • Creating Financial Freedom, Building Generational Wealth

  • The Unusual Career in Insolvency & Restructuring

  • The B Word: How to Avoid Burnout for Your Professional Wellbeing

  • How to Build Your Network Authentically

  • How to Negotiate What You Are Worth
